2.1 Continental United States
- We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for products that require freight, oversized delivery, or carrier delivery confirmation.

"Free shipping" applies only to outbound shipping from us (or our suppliers/fulfillment partners) to you. It does not apply to expedited shipping, special delivery services, or return shipping.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable national or regional carriers selected based on the product, destination, and logistics requirements. Depending on the order, we may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, white-glove freight carriers, or similar shipping providers. Orders may ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier warehouse as part of our Direct from Manufacturer to Consumer fulfillment program.

Most shipments include tracking. When tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once the order has shipped.

7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

7.2 Marked Delivered but Not Received

- Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom staff

- Photograph the packaging, shipping label, and product, including all visible damage

If a shipment is returned to sender due to an address issue, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or lack of delivery access, reshipment fees and related costs may apply.
